You do have a right to pursue happiness generally free from government interference as long as you aren’t a criminal. It isn’t the government doing this.
I HAVE moved out of a city due to cost of living. I had an apartment and when I wanted my own home, I couldn’t afford the housing prices. I moved about 30 miles away to a place I could afford. Such is life.
