As a LEO we get this all the time. “Well I need a police report because my bank won’t give me my money back.”

Wells Fargo does the same thing. We only use debit and it gets treated just like a credit card. 

I already made a post about this, but debit cards are treated just like credit cards these days. Getting your money back takes 2 days tops. It’s happened to me twice in the last 5 years. Wells Fargo asks 3 questions and that’s it. 

Weeks to get your money back? Yeah no. It takes like 2 days tops. I’ve had my debit card compromised 2 times in the last 5 years and all it takes is a 3 minute phone call to Wells Fargo to get the money put back in.
