I still don’t see how it happened. I’ve only read the original story last night so I'm assuming I've missed something. It says he was trapped between the front of the jeep and mailbox. If these particular jeeps stay in neutral instead of park, wouldn’t it have just rolled down the hill as he got out? Was he working on

They have battery charges that are just for pregnant females. Goes from a second degree misdemeanor to a 3rd degree felony.

No shit. Unwanted touch or strike, that’s called Battery, at least in FL. I can tell you they would get 25x the amount of they pulled that shit here. Minimum. And that’s just the State Attorneys Offices recommendation. Our judges would have most likely upped it a few more grand.

Both.

That and “military grade”. Gimme a fucking break.

It actually means everything. But hey, forget fact checking and research, right!? Your thought process is that of a child.

I see it about once every few months. I just have zero remorse if people don’t wear a seatbelt. It’s solely on them even if they aren’t at fault. It’s mind blowing to see how many people stop, see my patrol car and decide “oh my bad let me put my seatbelt on”. I don’t give tickets for it unless they have children

There are approximately 200 mass shootings a year in the US. The news will report on the ones they want. Being in law enforcement, we get Intelligence Bullitens on all of them.

Nothing you listed has anything to do with “military grade”. Absolutely nothing. Velocity, rate of spin (insert Jackie chan wtf face), ammo? Ugh stop. And no, an AR-15 can’t be converted “very freaking easily”. The lower reciever can cost you $10k-$20k for full auto plus the cost of the license and 6-10 month

No they are not fully automatic. “Military Spec” means that they use military spec (MILSPEC for short) designs. These designs have insanely tight tolerances for additional equipment (butt stocks, grips, rail systems, bolts, carriers, triggers, barrels, etc etc). Also means the metal used is quality product. MILSPEC

If someone goes to the hospital and a doctor suspects domestic violence (or told by the victim / patient), by law they have to call the police. We go to the hospital and write the report. One of the questions on a threat assessment form asks the victim if their “partner” has access to a firearm or owns one.

Nope. Because I conceal carry everyday no matter where I go. Protect my family and myself. The 2A didn’t kill anyone. A crazy psychopath, radial extremist (pick a religion or belief) will always find a way to take out as many lives as possible. If they don’t have access to a firearm they will move onto the next most

I don't have to be concerned for anyone. What the fuck are you talking about? He lied. He was proven wrong. You want me to be concerned for this asshole and the many just like him?

Lazy officer didn’t want to handle the DUI and paperwork / inevitable trial that would happen later on. I see it all the time. A common misconception is that officers or a “wheel witness” need to observe them driving and their driving pattern in order for a DUI conviction to hold up. There are however plenty of

Came here to post this. The BMW Z3 wagon chase was incredible when he debuted it back in the day. Think he was on a Suzuki K5 if I recall correctly.

This was my first thought after reading the article. Well, second thought, after calling the driver a dumbass. Good for Tesla on releasing the data.

All of his comments and replies make sense. Why is so hard for you to understand? Don't want Tesla to have access to input logs? DONT BUY ONE. Every car made in the last 10-15 years (major manufacturers) record input data before and during a crash. Tesla has access to them OTA.

Eh this is nothing. Go to the 12 Hours of Sebring and report back. Entire wooden structures are built by country folk and then traditionally set on fire after the race. U Haul trucks loaded with wooden pallets, mattresses, and scaffolding line the infield back stretch.

BMX a non contact sport? Ok guy.

Same! I stopped after playing CoD 3 “no Russian”. After that I just stopped caring and haven’t played one since. This trailer, even though I started with an eye roll before the trailer started...afterwards...I was interested. Not sure if was the music or editing, but launching into space and hearing the rockets roar /
