So I didn’t encounter any of these discussions, but by far the most “terminally online” discussion I did encounter was people saying Chris Pratt thanking God for a healthy child meant he hated his handicapped child.

This type of discourse (the actual “scandals”, not the discussion of them) is a big part of why I left Twitter. I pulled the trigger on deleting once Musk’s takeover was assured, but it had been a LONG time coming.
