I’m with you on this. Recommending that someone not do something potentially dangerous is not the same as blaming them for getting hurt if they do.

I guess we read different messages. They weren’t blaming the victims but instead trying to give warning to women. Precaution is also a means of protection.

Those are great if you are coming in to a new employer. What are some good questions to ask when interviewing for an internal role/promotion with your current employer when you already know the answers to those questions?
