or who ever restored it placed the wrong socket into the wrong area of the taillamp. Both Bulbs are clear so the brake/tail bulb is in the turn housing and vise versa.  So tail light is on in the incorrect housing.

Please check with Honda on this. This had me choose a RAV4 over the CR-V. This scenario is my driveway after freezing rain.
