Teleport is fine in D2. I’m not saying I want to warp all over the map in D4, but it’s by no means required and every other class manages to get along without it just fine until they build an Enigma. It’s just a thing that made sorcs unique and then became a reward other classes get for being rich.

I like the fact that the powerful end game teleport is available from nearly the beginning of D2, and the thing actually gating it is having enough +skills and mana/mana regen in order to spam it. Whereas in D3 and now D4, it feels like The Movement Ability for the sorceress, that each class gets, that…

I mean I can name at least 3 places for facilitating D2R trades off the top of my head and 0 for D3... because it doesn’t have item trading. And this season, some of the best stuff I got was through trading blue items you wouldn’t even bother picking up in D3.

It’s... fine. Seems like a huge improvement over D3 in more ways than just the aesthetics but there are also a lot of things that obviously share a ton of DNA with D3 (the itemization and cooldown based abilities) in a way that’s pretty concerning tbh.
