Such a thing pretty much already exists for the original Doom games... at Doomworld, there’s such a huge variety of custom maps and gameplay mods (with new ones coming out every year) that it would probably be impossible to play all the various combinations out there. All for free, minus the cost of the base games…

Originally they were going to make it more punitive by forcing the game to always give you Miramar, but decided it was pointless since the game already pretty much does that on its own.

Even then, it doesn’t matter that much. Injecting even the highest quality loose silicone into the body is a terrible goddamn idea... silicone provokes a pretty strong foreign body reaction, which leads to all sorts of problems. Not to be glib, but her ass is a ticking time bomb.
