Earlier seasons gave him a lot of good character arcs, where he would see the error of his ways and learn to do better. The problem is that when you’ve done so many things that you’ve done everything, you start retreading the same broad “lessons” and basically sabotage character growth.

I would like to say King’s Row is my favorite, but in true salty Overwatch fashion, it’s probably more accurate to say it’s the one I hate the least.

Has Kotaku ever actually written an article saying “games can make people sexist or racist?” Or is this just a straw man? Because the arguments I’ve seen have usually either been A) lack of representation (or bad representation) can make women, people of color, LGBTQ people, etc. feel alienated from gaming as a whole

Every fandom is the worst fandom.

I would be okay with a Golden Girls reboot if they could find somebody with the acerbic wit and flawless comedic timing of Estelle Getty.

“And here I am going nuts if the framerate doesn’t maintain a solid 144 fps!”

How does it run on PCs nowadays? Did they just get it to a point where it’s simply functional, or will it really be able to take advantage of a high-end setup?

I played the beta with a few friends, and while it is kind of fun, it’s fun in a “Christmas toy that you play with for a week and then it gets chucked in the closet indefinitely” kind of way.

It might look a bit meme-ier, but:

But there’s nothing really saying that Warcraft 4 would *have* to pick up where WoW currently left off story-wise. They could just as easily “recreate” 14 years of WoW lore in RTS form, as far as a single-player campaign is concerned. I have a sneaking suspicion that neither hardcore WoW lore nerds or people clamoring

...AND LET’S DISPEL ONCE AND FOR ALL THIS FICTION THAT BARACK OBAMA DOESN’T...

It really bothers me that more people don’t understand this. The ultimate goal of a troll is to gain attention: whether it’s positive or negative is entirely irrelevant. So giving him attention, even for the sake of schadenfreude and laughing at what’s he’s been reduced to, is giving him exactly what he wants. And

Well that’s rad.

Well... you can’t say she didn’t commit to it.

When I work out, I just wear biker shorts and a sports bra, and I still get ridiculously hot and sweaty. If I were to throw on sweatpants for that, I might spontaneously combust.

Or “we need anti trans bathroom laws because those will absolutely stop perverted cis men determined to enter women’s bathrooms.”

The duplicitous evil of rich women is fascinating. Like, she’s just as evil as her dad, but while evil rich guys know to run a good PR campaign to throw off the heat, evil rich women like her or Betsy DeVos fully embrace a soft, disarming facade and make the “politically correct” thing to do core part of their public

I don’t own one, but I’ve sat in the Aeron for extended periods before and it really does live up to the hype comfort-wise. With the added bonus that they’re built to last, which is the other problem with buying cheap chairs: they might make it 2 years before they need to be replaced. So in the long run, you wind up

For me it’s more the “I deeply regret if any action of mine was ever misinterpreted by anyone” defense rather than saying “I never did the specific things I have been accused of”. Because even if you accept his claim that nobody involved with running the show ever discussed the accusations with him
