Wow. I hadn't thought about them in years. You could be right.

I would bet money on it…. (But my Broadchurch 3 predictions were off, so… maybe there's hope, yet.)
Well, that'd be the biggest loss, but, as much as I love the Tenth Doctor, I recognize that there are some people who, for some bizarre reason, don't.
Surely you didn't expect Martha to sock the boys for their cracks about her skin color or the school nurse for doubting her education or John Smith, himself, for his patronizing comments.
Are you talking about the John Smith persona which was fitting in to the point of ordering children to take arms and giving other children permission to beat one another? That wasn't exactly The Doctor.
Well, the bar has been lowered the last few series… It was a solid outing, at least.
Man, I am going to have to re-watch the series, aren't I? It's been far too long for me to remember everything.
Betty looked fabulous! Very tasteful and elegant… (Of course you can't really dance in a dress like that… lol)
Maybe it's a wig?
Also some info people might not want to know about a comment Peter Capaldi recently made. It could also explain Peter Capaldi's recent comment that every time we learn something about his past, we take away from the Doctor's mystery.
My theory is that Bill will be either a regenerated Susan or vice versa…. and River is her grandmother—that 24 years they were together. I don't like the idea, but I can't see Moffat passing up the opportunity. The Master being a relative hadn't occurred to me.
I had more difficulty with this episode than usual. I felt like it was the sound mixing that was the problem. I turned on the closed captions for the first time ever for a DW episode.
I would definitely say start with Series one, episode 1, "Rose" if you aren't concerned about catching up quickly.
I wouldn't bet on that….. In fact, I'd bet money (speculation)
he's going to make Bill her granddaughter….
Heh
Unless Moffat did something crazy like lock River in there to change history…
Oh, I'd forgotten that. I have a friend who played two parts in that season. Such a great show.. (Haven't watched S2—haven't seen a single person recommend it)
Oh, I haven't seen that. I wanted to because of Walt Goggins, but don't get HBO.
Yes! That's it. He was in Boardwalk Empire, too. He played Nucky Thompson's brother Eli. That's where I was trying to place him.
I can't for the life of me think of the actor's name playing the new chief. I don't see anyone on IMDB that rings a bell… :/
