I read that there was a countdown so people who didn't want to be spoiled could skip it. Apparently they were naive enough to think the Daily Fail and the Mirror, etc. wouldn't spoil it.

So has he been traveling back in time to teach at the university for fifty years?

But she said he'd been there for something like fifty years. (Presumably with the same face?)

Maybe I haven't thought about it enough, but the Doctor being at that university for fifty years bothers me. When is he supposed to have been grounded there? 1967? Was he traveling back in his own time line AGAIN? Is it a reference to when he was grounded as the 2nd/3rd Doctor? Moffat's paradoxes give me a headache…

But the leaks were due to the trailer which had him in it. It was shown at a press preview.

It means what I said, No, I didn't miss it and I thought Cheryl was better in the danceoff.

I'll join. I really thought Heaven Sent was ridiculous.

I loved both Amy and River at first.. but began to hate them toward the end of series 6…. ( I love both actresses. I went to see Alex Kingston's panel at comic con recently and really enjoyed it)

River, of course.

It annoyed me, but for a completely different reason. I hate all the self-reference and self-reverence…. The show has become very meta and it pulls me out of the story far too often. I am one who loves Murray Gold's music, but the musical cues this time aggravated me.

I would be surprised. Chris Chibnall tends to draw from dramatic stage actors as well as comedy. Kris Marshall seems to be heavily comedic… Also, Kris Marshall has said the reason he left his last role was that they had a baby and his older kid is about to start school. Seems unlikely he'd go off to Cardiff to film

Well, this is an unnamed source from the Mirror… so I would take it with a grain of salt…

She was my top pick for a female Doctor if they ever had one… before I ever read it online. She was so good in Fleabag.

Yes, he said he had the same surgery as Matt Smith. (David Tennnant had back surgery during his break while being Hamlet.) This show is hard on the actors. I wonder how much that had to do with Eccleston's reported concerns about Health & Safety issues.

No, and, frankly, I thought Cheryl was better…. .

I was disappointed in all of that. I had thought Jughead was better written than this nonsense.

I dunno. Everyone seemed to love this episode, but for me this is the one where they slipped from compelling tv to typical CW teen drama.

And no one else knows how to operate a lock?

And she dumped him FOR Norman…

I suppose… but when did he become clinically insane? Hiring a hit man, breaking out of prison in order to commit murder… over a woman that had rejected him in favor of Norman? I dunno… Like I said, I've never liked Romero and just think his story is kind of dumb.
