I was bummed when I remembered Negan was coming back this episode, but this wasn't too bad. He did seem toned down. Much more tolerable.

I kind of like the idea of Eugene conning his way into a position of power with Negan, even if he is fully on their side, now. Didn't he say the doctor was replaceable? I assumed that meant they have another doctor in the group somewhere. Carson was just the favored one at the moment.

If it was one little fringe group of D&D-type geeks, I could see it, but this is a very large group who all seem to have bought into it.
