Ours too! I wake up because I feel a cold wet nose on mine. It is the most delightful, annoying thing in the world.

Yep, my cat is my alarm clock. I would not get up as early as I do if it were not for her walking on my head and creepily staring into my face every morning (much like the photo above). Not so much fun on the weekends, though.
