Compared to other open top prototypes and such... it's just a case of people not paying attention and getting use to looking for the big bright spoilers of the other cars. I think they should just paint the thing florescent orange and green. If it gets hit after that start yanking race licenses from people.

Yeah, fewer kids for one. I would pay extra to not have a kid kicking my seat.

Live axles do suck... for racing. Anyone who argues the point has probably never driven multiple style vehicles back to back. It's almost like when people argued against LSD's (or those who still try to).

How is it obnoxious? Just because I can't do it while in a car doesn't mean another vehicle that can shouldn't be allowed to? Also, when there is a collision, it's almost always the cars fault. Regardless of motorcycles being between lanes, the same rules that apply to all lane changes still prevent accidents

That's idiotic. Just because they are foreign owned you hate them, but the domestically owned companies typically have less of their vehicles made domestically and are of less benefit to the local economy.

No one is happy they went bankrupt, it's more of an "I told you so" that people need to learn to deal with. It may not be helpful to the discussion, but it was in fact a massive waste of money that the supporters should own up to.

My wife and I talked about the fact we didn't want kids before we got married. We then set a target of about 10 years to mull it over before we did something permanent. About 8 years in we were even more resolute about not wanting any and made it permanent.

First thing that comes to mind: where the hell were the parents? They were seriously lacking in nearly every aspect of the story. This is also a perfect example of failing to instill a sense of self and responsibility in their children. By the time a child is old enough to make stupid decisions, they should have had

The trick is that they need to come up with a way to test driving ABILITY rather than knowledge of regulations/manipulation of basic vehicle functions. It's unbelievable how few people can actually drive at a reasonable level. Getting from point A to point B without a crash is not good driving, neither is simply

My 240Z is far sexier than that one, but man would I love a REAL new Z. Pretty much everything after the S30's (240/260) were meh to downright garbage. The Z32's were well made, but far from a true sports car. I put 230,000 miles on my Z32 and never once felt it had a fraction the personality of my 240Z's. Really,

If I run into a Prius owner I can assume 2 things and be accurate over 90% of the time where I live. They have no idea how to properly drive, and they are going to be too smug/ignorant to have a good conversation with. That's not to say it's a certainty, because I do encounter a lot of people who just bought it with a

Just because something developed by a failure can help someone else doesn't change the level of failure of the first. Many pieces of technology are invented far ahead of their time, bankrupt their backers, fade into history, and are rediscovered decades or centuries later to success. Calling this "investing" would

I am over 4k on my wife's BRZ and never had an issue... except the stupid noisy belts/pulleys. I swear the engine sounds like it's 10 years old and has 100k on it after just warming it up on a spirited drive. I'm going to try to narrow it down and see if the dealership will let me fix some of the chirpy/noisy mess in

IT must not have made the list because we do not stick purely to coffee. Sure, we drink gallons of it, but there are those of us that also drink gallons of Mt. Dew and energy drinks too. We all need to focus on one specific caffeinated product and take the top spot away from the lab geeks.

The first pass was pretty much perfectly text book: Accelerate to a point of passing safely, in a passing area, that is clear of traffic. The second pass was the exact opposite...

A good politician, ha! That made me laugh. Next you will be telling us that he really did DESERVE the Nobel Peace Prize or that the stimulus actually worked. Too funny. On a side note, Obama actually IS a warmonger, Romney MAYBE a warmonger, but he can't fully rank up unless he's elected so it's a crap shoot.

So this is the mindset of those on "I shouldn't be alive", I always wondered how someone ends up wandering through a blizzard in nothing but a sweater/jacket. Learning new things every day on the interwebs.

For me, the best first upgrade on my cars is almost always tires. Of course I only drive sports cars and race them for fun, so it's a bit specific. Best upgrades for my wifes rigs are usually tint.
