I don't think it "sounds like a cover of James’ “Sit Down”", it sounds like the original slowed down. This was a HUGE song at the time I was taking my high school exams but the band seemed to fade out of memory soon after that summer.

Interestingly the only way to watch it in the UK is on Amazon Prime, where they add episodes the day they're shown in the US.
