This is 15-20 minutes from me. Of I hadn't just bought a Miata I'd be on the phone
Perfect
Seriously. I'm on edge here.
Some penalties can go in the net without a second touch, some require a second player to touch it (direct or indirect, it depends on the foul called). Once the ball is touched, the defense no longer has to stay ten yards away, so greater chance of it being blocked.
How about the Netherlands with Cruyff, bergkamp, van nistlerooy, van persie, and a player to be named later.
Please, Landon Donovan, tell me again why I should root for this team?
Her name is Alberta, she lives in Vancouver.
Most of what you said can be remedied by patience and awareness, but that’s an interesting point on the front over kids injuries. Something to pass on to my own kids to be aware off as we’re walking around.....
I’m the opposite. I got a 25 mile commute each way, so I have a Civic that gets 40mpg highway, and a tundra with 230k miles on the clock off Craigslist for truck things. The math is different for everyone, so blanket “nobody should drive trucks” is dumb.
Yeah, but I figure a higher percentage of trucks have pulled a boat or had a sheet of plywood in the back than there are sports cars that have done a track day or autocross.
I wonder what the higher percentage is: truck owners doing truck things, or sports car owners doing sports car things. I bet they’re both depressingly small.
It’s exactly the same. There are very few high density urban areas, if any, that have both a large percentage of pickups on the road and traffic density problems. I live in one of the worst traffic areas in the country. Removing pickups won’t make a dent. Mass transit, better infrastructure, ride share, etc, are…
This exactly. People take such exception to trucks not being used to capacity every minute or every mile. But someone commuting in a sports car and taking it to the track 4 times a year? Totally ok. It’s the same fucking thing!
So if I stopped for lunch on the way to home Depot, I run the risk of some assholes throwing trash in my not-yet-filled up bed? Fuck that.
That’s what baseball tradition and convention says. Most baseball conventions are dumb, and this is no exception.
This man speaks the truth. Only place you need an ID is Phillips
It could be argued that a loss of life is the most important part of the race, though, right? Or are we all going to be huge assholes like Enzo was, and when faced with the death of a driver, ask how the other car did? What do you really think is the most important story here?
Here’s a Mercedes, that you can’t afford taxes, insurance, or repairs on!
I’d turn that right back around and say if they wanted to make a non-functional piece of art, they shouldn’t have started with a race car. And I doubt they specifically wanted it to be that way, it was just limitations of technology and cost. Someone else wants to finish the job, go right ahead.
