Who in pluperfect hell thought this is a good idea? I mean honestly?

Gotham Central deals with the police of Gotham City, who have to deal with the villains, minus the aid of batarangs. It's excellent.

Harry awoke and looked in the mirror. His hairline had stayed put, but the once black unruly mess was now tinted with the start of grey. Once his glasses were on, he blinked and caught sight of something he hadn't previously noticed— his scar had almost completely faded.
