Not this again

TL;DR if it costs us money, we don’t want to do it.

They can try, but there’s plenty of loyalty there too (Taco?) and lots of new/recent competition (Gladiator, Maverick, something from Hyundai?)

The ol’ Mitsubishi strategy. If you can’t win anywhere, ya gotta make it cheap.

Is it universally agreed that the Merc is gorgeous?

If you’re saying that, you’ve probably never driven or owned an S2000.

They are great drivers’ cars that have relatively minimal issues and costs.

In my 20 years of vehicle ownership, it had the least issues of any vehicle I’ve ever owned. I regret selling my yellow AP2 almost every day, despite owning multiple 400+hp

You sunuva bitch. Get your WebOS blasphemy out of here!

It literally does not do this. Do you know what “out of pocket” means? More money leaves my pocket before *some* of it comes back. I also pay more in sales tax and registration fees if they are based on that.

I wish people would stop doing this. A federal tax rebate is not an equivalent to a price discount.

It requires you have to have such a tax liability, be able to claim it, wait until the following year, and does nothing to the state sales taxes, etc., on a car.

But then you have to look at the Stinger GT every day.

Driving in 6th on the highway. Full syn changes religiously.

Yeah, never had any problems with my Honda S2000 or my ATS-V.

My TT-RS that spun a rod bearing would like to disagree with you. I’ve owned one German car, and it has been the most expensive car I’ve ever owned.

Ah, the same bowl Mazda keeps its fucks about your wants in.

When LCD TVs, Cell Phones, Computers, etc., first hit the market, who was the target audience?

Was it.. the average person who could afford to spend more money for something similar to an alternative that was already on the market?

Or was it a luxury audience with a luxury good that eventually drove down costs, and in

I mean, they don’t own the word.

Dallas->Houston is a 3.5-4 hour trip. You’re going to be stopping for gas/bathroom/food at some point during that stop in a non-gas car.

What you really miss in your analysis is that unions raise the benefits of everyone in an entire industry.
