Model S pack degradation stats: https://electrek.co/2016/06/06/tes…

You have no need for a Supercharger with a 60 mile commute. A standard outlet will recharge about 40 mileage of usage per day, and a 240v standard outlet will do easily cover that.

If you’re talking about other vehicles, such as the Leaf, that’s a

It doesn’t claim to be the fastest, it claims to be the quickest.

That’s like asking how many times a Hellcat can run flat out before its’ tank is empty. Both are pretty nonsensical questions.

Superchargers are so you can drive across country. The power in your house is so you can recharge day-to-day. Unless you’re driving 100 miles to work every day, there’s no need to be near a supercharger.

So no, your original comment does not stand on its own merits. It’s pretty pointless.

Just let me know when I can pick up an F-Type for a song..

Well you may doubt it, but Tesla has also already released studies that show that with autopilot engaged, there are much fewer traffic accidents than the statistical norms.

People may overreact.

There’s no reason they would disable it. The system isn’t perfect, and can’t account for every situation. However, it is likely safer than individuals performing the driving. Drivers still must remain alert and attentive. They’ve stated that plenty of times.

There will be more accidents, but autopilot will probably continue to be MUCH safer than people controlling the cars.

I don’t think it is. I think its just a side effect of “hey I have this cool tech that does most of the driving for me.”

It’s easy to get comfortable in that situation, and a very low-likelihood that something bad happens as a result. People are human.

Definitely my favorite. Kickass name to boot.

Or GM and talking about the Volt or the upcoming Camaro.. I feel like that was on display for years before it got in production.

The Model 3 is estimated to have a 55kWh pack largely due to its industry-lowest estimated .21 cd.

I still have yet to see a single one of these on the road. Did you make this video to demonstrate its potential to all five buyers that are considering it?

But WHY? They have a Buick Regal that competes almost exactly with the CLA already, and beats it in performance. The only difference is it doesn’t have the badge the CLA is pushing. Having a Cadillac badge isn’t going to fix it.

That’s a nice tinfoil hat you have there. Too bad they are expected to be cash flow positive this year. We’ll find out soon enough with their Q1 sales data.

But this is.. an electric car. You can turn on the AC before you ever step foot in it.

According to the livestream, they said they could fit five adults comfortably. Whether that’s the case, you’ll have to ask those who sat in it.

These cars are pre-reproduction models, so it could be something as simple as “trying something different to see which ones work better.”
