I have spent a lot of time in a 172 and it would be possible to fall out. We once had the door open unexpectedly in flight. This past Sunday I drove my 2015 F150 2.7l which has plenty of power, on the expressway for a 90 minute trip at about 64 mph and got 25.7 mpg including acceleration on the ramp.

If by best, you mean most fun- Detroit. And I have driven them all. Traffic signals and stop signs are optional. 90 mph on the inner city expressways are fine. And here is an example - Right at the busiest two expressways in the state I-75 and 94. A citizen-made off ramp which is used all the time. Kind of hard to see…
