Footage shown at E3 is usually a target render for how they would like their game to look. Throughout the development process hardware limitations means they sometimes have to make adjustments for an experience that will run well for the majority of their consumer base, this is a business after all.

Remember Witcher 3?

one day you’ll work on the production of something and get doused with reality. Until then continue to be a standard internet user.

I’m on staff at a big company, and I do use MacBooks, but the specs on the MacBook are a 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 with 16GB of RAM. Considering that the entire industry is switching to 4k, I don’t even think these specs are enough.

No... that’s definitely on-topic. Plus, being able to use the nicer model is the equivalent of eating Cheerios for those seven years... as opposed to Oaty O’s day after day after day.

Yeah. This year’s Madden is, IMO, the best they’ve ever released... but it’s not accessible at all. Like I said, I’ve played a lot of Madden in my time and it still took me weeks to adjust to the new additions on defense. Only in the last few weeks (and I’ve been playing for 5 months now!) did I ‘get good’ on defense

I have a youtube channel so I got a basic understanding of how this works and he gets a lot of views regardless how long they are. What it does is increase audience retention. If someone watches 80% of a video then it comes up first in youtubes search results. If you make a video long then most of the time it ends up

The price of fame. Haters gon’ hate.

That’s not what he meant. Fallout and TES (not TES Online though) are developed by the same team, led by Todd Howard. He’s literally just spent the last four years developing Fallout 4. He’ll need a little more than 6 months before announcing TES 6, especially since they release their games within 12 months of

You and I have quite the different opinion about Dishonored, because that was one of the most overly hyped disappointments in recent memory for me. Not saying it was terrible it just was not nearly as good as everyone made it out to be...well for me personally.

I played a lot of it and I liked it. I wish they had let us access more skill mods and at least look at some of the perks. But I’m guessing those are still being balanced.

Because why not re-release all the games known to humanity once again? Duhhhhhhhhh

Actually, it is the lack of a pay range listed that makes me feel the company would not be up front and truthful in the future. I don’t apply for jobs that don’t have pay ranges displayed in their description.

Well, it is. Hoth, Jakku, Sullust, and Endor have open maps for Supremacy, Walker Assault and Fighter Squadron. Those maps are just very small slices for the other modes.

Well, it kinda is.

So the January ‘update’ is just rehashing and adding stuff that would be standard to any MP-only game worth its salt anyway and all 3 of the expansion packs revealed sound like they’ll have two actual new maps at most.

That’s... simply not enough content to warrant the $120CDN price tag for game+season’s pass.

The first one had very solid and enjoyable competitive MP. It had an in-match currency system that let you buy upgrades and vehicles. Matches would usually start off as infantry fights but by the end, they were often tank battles due to everyone with the means buying up tanks.

$40 for a bunch of these. I’ll wait for a sale.

Actually the collectors edition has been sold out for weeks. And a lot of people who played the alpha and the beta have had nothing but positive things to say. So it sounds like it will do alright.

I use an app called Overcast (available on IOS and Android) to subscribe to pod casts. It has a great searchable directory built in. Other favorite features include scheduled update downloads - I have mine set to download at 5AM every day. It also includes a “Smart Speed” feature which cuts out pauses in the podcasts
