Oh, I don’t play fighting games so I have no idea how long a match lasts. In most FPS games, matches last 10 minutes so if I’m already lagging from the start, I just back out.

Yeah, they did say that they toned down the content for the beta. I expect the real game to have a lot more. So excited — less than 3 weeks away!!

Eh, I agree that one play or last minute hustle can turn the tide around. I didn’t mean it’s ok to quit cuz you are losing. I meant when it’s crystal clear the game has unreasonably matched you up against someone of a higher caliber. For example, I’m not huge into sports games, but when I play my first online Madden…

Good point. I forgot to mention though that I had already participated in the alpha and the closed beta. Combined 30-40+ hours on those two weekends. Pretty sure I know I will love the game. :) Plus I love NYC; being able to play in a near replica of Manhattan is going to be so amazing.

True. I personally prefer huge story content. I just recently started playing The Witcher 3, and I didn’t even bother downloading the free outfits, beards, etc.

Dang, those look ugly. (Just my opinion.) First one looks like a concrete monstrosity. Second one looks like a factory for a paint company. Third one looks like a highfalutin museum for modern arts (though I guess that’s what they were going for in the third one...).

To be fair, the game is set around the medieval times. That bread must’ve been dry and hard as a rock. ;)
