Sounds similar to my kids car. In her’s it won’t keep playing from bluetooth after you shut off the car. You have to push the annoying talking lady button and tell her bluetooth audio for it to play. Every. Single. Time. On my Fusion and Focus, it just works. I’ve never had a problem with either.
