I run 89 in my 1.8t without any issue. I will run a tank of 91 through every now and again to clean things up. I have found that 89 gives the best balance of MPG and power. 87 is shit, and 91 gives the most power.

My 2003 A4 has the CEL pop on and off every now and again. I’ve never done anything to it, it goes away, I keep driving. It’s a blissful experience.

I installed a fan in my master bath about a year ago and used a soffit vent. It works amazingly well. If you don’t want to punch another hole in your roof, I’d definitely go that route. I also have vented soffits, but haven’t seen any issues related to the vent and back venting moisture into the house.

The Coast Guard Academy has an 11mph speed limit and they enforce it. MP’s all over the place.
