You absolutely can use this as load bearing walls. You space the studs every 2’ on center on the outside and inside. I believe you are mistaken regarding the C-max. They are unable to pass a Trader Joe’s without stopping. True story. My mom has one and MUST stop at every Trader Joe’s she passes. She’s just glad she didn’t get the C-max Energi. Those are required to stop at every Whole Foods.
