I know how you feel Stef, I’ve got a rattle in my e46 that is driving me nuts. I only hear it at certain times, and even had my buddy who’s familiar with BMW drive it to try and hear it. Only response was, huh, that’s weird, no idea what that is from.

Wow, that’s a little ridiculous for a battery swap. Why does the battery need to be registered? It shouldn’t be like swapping a mother board on a PC and reloading windows and having to register for that Windows key.
