I'm pretty addicted, I play about 3-4 hours a day now. But it took a few weeks to click. It's definitely time consuming and the learning curve is incredibly high, that's mainly why I don't think it'll translate to the console audience. In the beginning, there's very little instant gratification and there's no

I will, thanks!

Dont worry ps4 people. The game is not that good right now anyways so you are not missing out. Feel sorry for the poor fools like me who pre ordered it lol. Im sure in time it will be a average game but its just a beta right now.

It'll be better on Playstation even if it's a timed exclusive for reasons. Several reasons. Ecosystem, better GPU, GDDR5 RAM etc. etc. etc.

Exclusive

I bet 90% of people still playing are doing so because they're chasing after a gun.

IMHO, Alien Isolation has been robbed of the GOTY award on this occasion. It showed real respect for the franchise on which it was based and tried to do something different in terms of AAA titles.

Who the fuck am I?!!!!!!!!

"I was a playtester for a couple of sessions on Destiny while Bungie was developing it. That's all I can and will say."

It's something called poor game design.

I've certainly been lucky, I have two Gjallarhorns (didn't have the chance to buy it when it was for sale). But Jesus, this system is beyond unforgiving, and bloated with arbitrary currencies and hoops inside hoops (yo dawg) to jump through just to get something decent.

where they have to defeat waves, right before having to go up against a boss. These levels don't have save points between waves, and they exist as "skill checks" for players—you can't hang back and snipe or anything like that. "You're either good enough to survive or not," Hopson said. Apparently, some of these levels

Just gonna point blank aim this one at Bungie. I mean really? REALLY? Get the Fuck outta here with that Bullshit.

You beat me to it. That is exactly what this means. If you have to spend almost a quarter of your time transferring items between characters, searching for NPCs, and turning in quests, there is definitely something wrong with your game.

They were very weak enemies that didn't drop very good loot

Yes, this is the first time they've said something where I'm just flat out like, "No. Fuck you. Stop blatantly lying."

You're absolutely right. I was there. I WAS THERE.

"So you actually will get less loot [shooting into the loot cave] per hour than you would just playing the game. But the players weren't doing the math that way," Hopson said.

Shooting at a black hole for hours on end isn't our dream for how Destiny is played.
