Exactly. Fey and Poehler were treated with kid gloves when they teamed up, but their Updates together are just terrible. Truly truly awful.

I…disagree with all your opinions.

Does anyone find Rabin's analysis of Norm's Update to be really…off?

I'm not ashamed to admit that I love Rookie Cop. It is the Godfather of fake puke sketches. (Will Ferrell puking at the thought of Ellen Degeneres being a lesbian is the Godfather II).

Miserable, maybe…but both Shearer and Guest were brilliant on SNL.

Quentin Tarantino's Welcome Back Kotter is definitely one of my favorites from this season.

Mckean actually hosted the show in 84 when Christopher Guest, Billy Crystal, Martin Short and Harry Shearer were in the cast. He blew it by not joining up at that time.

His stand-up special IS really good. He's like an old pro who knows exactly what he's doing.

Mohr's book is the dishiest SNL book out and therefore one of the best.

It's an underrated classic and the episode it's from (John Goodman/Tragically Hip) is great on the whole too. Even if Elliott didn't do anything outside of that sketch, his time would have still been justified.

Basically my thoughts exactly. Liking the new one, but it can't redeem its awful first single the way EWBAITE does.

Picked up Nines & Sixes on vinyl recently. It really is one of the great emo records of the 90s. doesn't get near the recognition it deserves.

Yeah, "Shock Me" is far and away the best song here. What a monster hook.

Yeah, it's so obvious Red is the best, but I really do like them all.

I go Red, Blue, Yellow & Green and now Purple. All good, but it's been a slow move to the middle of the road…no pun intended.

This is so true. When I first heard the riff, I was like "Wow, so we're doing Leviathan again? Alright, cool."

You should read the Raw reviews anyway, they're really good.

Flair probably got Arn Anderson and that skunk Tully Blanchard to do it for him.

He's the ultimate "Aw jeez, who invited THIS guy to the party?"

Ugh, Dowd's entry.
