Professional sports stadiums are one of the worst investments a city/region can ever make. It's been proven time and time again. They never pay off the cities' investments.

Last I checked she hasn't said anything negative about her brother so....... I doubt she gives a single F considering she's quite the class act. 

Testing is quite cheap. I had my tile and the glue it was attached with tested and the results were 2% or less for the tile and <.01% for the glue. Apparently they don't put 0% in the results and the cost was $50 total. 

Im in the same boat. I started playing last weekend and decided I would play on Survival mode. I ended up starting and then deleting like 6 saves before I found a planet that wouldn’t kill me in less than 60 seconds. The 1st 15 minutes of that save we’re a mad dash to survive long enough get my ship spaceborne. I’m…
