Mine’s involuntary movements and sometimes shaking (picture rice shivering off a fork, usually at a work event in front of v important people). My mom has had arthritis since her 20s and sometimes has some issues like you describe.

Have you tried the long-handled flossers? They’re so easy that I find myself flossing 3x a day, and I only brush 2x a day. I know I’m not flossing perfectly but I think the frequency makes up for it. My gums are a lot happier these days.

I have hand stuff related to arthritis and it’s worse when I’m anxious. (Or pregnant, not that it relates at all to what we’re talking about.) In general, I think anxiety just magnifies every piece of crap thing you’re dealing with at a given time, physical or mental.
