I agree.  I know every season can't be Top Chef All-Stars (never mind that that actual season didn't have a great selection of all-stars), but I wish we had a Hung Huynh/Kevin/Voltaggio/Paul Qui/etc.  Given the improved structure vs last season, I would've hoped for someone to emerge by this point, but instead of
