This. COTA is a nice place to compare F1, WEC, MotoGP and the IMSA Sportscar championship. Even LMP2 cars and DPs are faster than MotoGP bikes around that track. Last year’s GTLM pole was “only” 2 seconds slower than the MotoGP pole.

There never has been a mention of TDI on any of the etron quattro cars. Even their last “pure” diesel car from 2012 (the R18 ultra) had no mentions of TDI on it. The “R18 _TDI_” from 2011 was the last car with TDI stickers.
