We’ll, l’m a regular Jane and certainly don’t get treated like this at dealerships, so I don’t think that not being at the top of the food chain equates to being dismissed by dealership staff. It doesn’t matter what product you’re selling, it’s not okay to treat people who come into your store this way.

None of that justifies his treatment or anyone’s treatment. How hard is that to understand?

I’ve looked at Ford Focuses and got treated better. He got a feeling of bad customer service from people that work in an industry that solely exists to serve customers.
