Preach! The prevailing narrative has swung to the fact that Real America is rural and stupid and uneducated etc., and Coastal America is Not Real. These people are in their own fucking bubble.

Google wants you to start looking at it as a hardware company. Today, it announced new Pixel phones, a smart voice…
Well you are doubling down on racism so I guess it would make sense to dismiss you as a racist.
Why would I have a problem? Most first generation immigrants that move post-school struggle to learn the language fluently. That has always been the case in the US. It works fine. Older immigrants learn enough to get by, and the second generation becomes fluent. No reason to be shitty about it.
Nice to know. I recently shaved my beard off because I’m about to turn 30 and actually don’t want to look older anymore. Perhaps it’s not such a bad thing.
You make living sound like it sucks.
“Because apparently electronic wire transfers aren’t good enough anymore, or something, and we want our diplomatic payments to be made in as untraceable manner as possible.”
Have you ever read anything on Foxtrot Alpha before? lol
Having once worked at a family homeless shelter in Baltimore, this story gave me a much needed boost on this, my third day of being laid off for the first time in my life. I knew quite a few little girls at that shelter who were so much like these, so I'm going to (somewhat more realistically after reading this)…
Depends on who you are talking to. I’ve yet to meet a person in the flesh who has complained about any of this. I, my wife, cousins, brother-in-law, and others all play and nobody has said anything about it at all.
Short version: if you’re a liberal, Johnson holds a couple of stances that you’ll likely agree with, but mostly he’s crazy.
It's the 'states rights, no federal protections for anything' thing that gets my goat about libertarians. Progressive ballot measures are easier to defeat at state and local levels, except in outlier super lib places like Washington. Matters of human rights can't be relegated to the states. There are things that need…
A core element of the Libertarian party platform is that businesses should have the right to decide who to serve without any government interference. In other words, a restaurant owner should be able to kick black people out without penalty because “the free market” should punish them for it, not the law.
My first choice is Sanders, but my second choice isn’t Clinton, who shares a great many of Sanders’s policy positions, but Johnson, who shares none of Sanders’s policy positions. Because we can’t betray the revolution (which apparently has no substantive policy goals). Also, I like that Sanders and Johnson are both…
They don’t believe in any government regulation of basically any corporate action, from insider trading to discriminatory practices to drilling for oil. They’re pretty far from the Democrats on a great many issues, many of which have been declared the very most important issue facing us as a country (regulating Wall…
Libertarians, even though their political ideology is the complete antithesis to progressive politics, somehow manage to draw in plenty of self-professed liberals. And by liberals I mean young white people who want weed to be legal.
I would wager that MOST of the people complaining about TPP have no idea what it is.
So...I mean...I guess I sort of get why she’d rather Trump be President than Clinton? Plus the other day Trump just outright said voting for her helped him, so there’s that. Stein 2016! Make America Dumb Again!
She is soooo thirsty, and so arrogant. Not someone I would ever hire at my current job, let alone for fucking President of the US. I said the exact same thing the other night when I turned on Fox News and saw her marching with the Bernie or Busters outside the DNC. Then I rolled my eyes so hard I saw the back of my…
Never in the history of all things commerce has a company SOLD OUT SO FUCKING HARD as The North Face.
