It seems obvious, but your only real EV choice with AWD under $5k MSRP is the Toyota bZ4X XLE AWD at $44,080. Assume no tax benefit, its still under $45k and because of the stop-sale order on the recall, probably some sitting on dealer lots they will see as soon as the order lifts.
