As a lifelong marital artist, I would probably not trust a 'black belt' dressed as a combination nascar driver and tekken character.

Unless you think a better battery life, better ergonomics, and near-stock android are worth some minuscule trade-off in CPU speed?
Yeah! Like slavery!*
New construction and major renovations are covered by the same rating system, there is a separate one for existing construction that deals more with operations and efficiency.
On average, LEED buildings use 18-35% less energy than their conventional counterparts, as well as driving the demand for more energy-efficient products and practices. Whether that's significant enough for you to not consider it greenwashing is certainly up for debate, but it's probably better than nothing.
It's a work in process. The new standards, for instance, put a lot more weight into siting the building initially (tons of points for renovating a brown site with good transportation, tons of penalty for building in a disconnected green site) and ongoing energy concerns, two things which people feel were shortchanged…
Eh, many lines have already reached or passed optimal capacity, and some of the bikers probably would otherwise have taken a towncar or drove, but yeah, that specific credit might make more sense in a more car-oriented setting.
Um, brightness and temperature regulation, as well as other office practices, are a huge part of LEED standards. Thew new version of LEED (the one being designed for now) also included mandatory energy monitoring to make sure buildings actually stay on track.
If it makes you feel better, the new version of LEED is much more concerned with ongoing performance and energy usage, with things like mandatory 1-year energy monitoring.
Roll my pants leg? Listen, It's been over a hundred since early June, and this summer I have begun experimenting on how high I can casually roll my shorts.
It was a long war, Jesus, and hard fought. You deserve this.
Man, this looks pretty. Anyone know how it compares to the GH2? That's my current m3/4, and so far it's been fantastic.
Phone, nexus 7. This is actually a downsize, because I used to just take my phone and like a hundred books.

Holy shit, a lot of people sticking up for the rights of that ugly ass wall behind the dumpster. Glad we've found a fight worth fighting.
THIS IS AN $825 SPRINKLER. THIS IS NOT OKAY.
Where do you think the energy goes? Into the sky? I'm not trying to be a dick, but, yunno, the laws of thermodynamics. We have a natural energy use—essential functions alone use around 1000-1200kC/day—and then exercise, heat regulations, etc, on top of that.
I dunno, probably some of them. But I've been lucky enough to have courted some frank and belligerent women.
Shit! I knew it!
Me too! If a three year old can figure this out it really shouldn't be too much for fully grown men.
