Bet you ten bucks that your Galaxy S III uses a battery with higher energy density than any cell phone made 5 years ago. For instance, the original iPhone had a battery of 4.1W-hr. The iPhone 5 has a battery of 5.4W-hr that is smaller, lighter, and cheaper.

Nope. Sorry, but you're just flat out wrong. Battery capacity per weight has been doubling every 10 years for the last four decades. That is due to breakthroughs in technology, which happen and are brought to market all the time.

I played through Skryim on a 2-year old laptop without a graphics card. Medium settings, around 30fps. This machine will run it at high settings at 60fps no problem, probably modded to look way better if you care.
