From a jalop standpoint, yes, the 6 is probably the best mid-sizer (it's gorgeous, and a great driver). From your average car-buyers perspective, Mazda's priced themselves at the upper end of the segment. A mid-range 6 is $4000 more than a comparable Fusion and $2000 more than a comparable Camry. Hopefully with Canada signing a free-trade agreement with the EU, someone had sense enough to harmonize car standards. One can dream, anyways.
