Dream logic! Also, considering all the news articles I read about incompetence in the courtroom and judges neglecting to follow proper protocol or call the lawyers on it properly, this didn't seem that unrealistic. My friend's a lawyer and she noticed the errors and aberrations but it didn't bother her too much.
I gasped and laughed hard and I love plenty of books from the genre (it's not all crap). :D
And speed. Hannibal is so frakking fast.
What a great ship name.
Bedelia is NOT FOR EATING!
I've been listening to that part of the 9th in D Minor on repeat all evening after rewatching last night's episode. Beethoven is frakking metal!
And "A Royal Affair" which got me to enjoy a movie in a genre I often abhor.
Best. Username.
Actually, when I first heard about the show and its relation to SOTL I didn't want to see it. Been there, done that, don't want a recap. Then Cleolinda recapped the first episode and suddenly I had to see it, plus I discovered that it was Bryan Fuller. I have to say, however, that the quality of this show even…
That Jeopardy scene had me in stitches as well.
"Who had the nerve to call you 'Joy'." ;)
Many viewers of "Hannibal" are amazed it is on Network television, because of the caliber of the writing, production, and acting, and what they were able to get censors to agree to. :)
Well, a man's gotta eat.
I did not recognize Muth! Something about her seemed familiar and then I found out through Bryan Fuller's Twitter that it was her and the character was even named after her character from Dead Like Me. The surname being a German? translation for "Lass" as in "Georgia Lass".
I liked that, too. It made the opening seem more like a story instead of just a murder.
This comment made me smile so widely.
