The media is left, and most people are right.

Do you even know what censorship means?

OH, what a special little snowflake you are. I hear the summers are great in Iran and North Korea, you’d love it!

And if you asked someone with an opposing viewpoint they might say the same about liberal posts. It’s all perspective, but what you propose goes someway toward suppressing opinion, which is not cool.

This is, quite possibly, the dumbest, most nonsensical thing I’ve ever read.

Soooo, you’re not against censorship at all, then?

Oh my god, get to your fucking safe space!

And you are a liberal that is showing the true colors of liberals pretty much everywhere! They favor control and collectivism over liberty and individuality. Congratulations for proving how moronic your ilk is.

What? You’re obviously not against censorship then. By definition, belief in suppressing a viewpoint that you do not like is glaringly PRO censorship. Like, textbook definition of pro censorship.

Oh so in your little pea brain the left is just lollipops and snowflakes and it’s just the right which is angry? PUHLEEEZE

Right, they are actually doing them, have you been watching the news? Liberals are burning cop cars, you must be getting all your news from Facebook.

This is hardly a phenomenon that is specific to just Facebook. The vast majority of media in the United States is left-leaning and they don’t want to give you any opportunities to get news from them that has a conservative viewpoint.

How about if they were fighting to defeat Secretary Clinton?

Maybe you should work for the new lefty-facist machine, yourself. No intelligence needed, just blind obedience.

I would certainly bet that you wouldn't condone it if Facebook was pushing Trump. You can't have it both ways and while I know it's hard you have to keep your mind open and see things from more points of view than just your own. If you would truly be OK with it if Facebook was pushing Trump then I can respect your

I know you’re just a kid trolling for attention, but I will make one point in response. Categorically dismissing ideas as “wrong” (without even lifting a brain cell to say why) isn’t the principled stand you seem to think it is. It’s straight up intellectual laziness. THAT is why Fox News’ ethos can be

True, corporate citizens can espouse whatever they want. But Facebook presented its “trending stories” list as somehow impartial. Apparently they were curating it *without telling anyone*. To me, they were being dishonest. It’s not a violation of journalistic ethics (as you correctly point out), but it IS douchbaggery

I use /pol/ on 4chan. It appears the Jews are always to blame for some reason.

Kudos to Gizmodo for giving this issue a serious examination. I admit that I would have predicted a Gawker site to participate in the very same hide-newsworthy-conservative-subjects editorializing that apparently Facebook did. Thanks for proving me wrong.

Hopefully folks get their news from multiple sources. Not just Facebook, or Gawker for that matter. But I suspect not.
