LOL, my new rescue cat was using my potted plants (Fred and George) until she figured out her litter box. Cats are very averse to having their places-of-poop altered in any way.

Bullshit. I did not say violent crime statistics, did I? I said LESS GUN VIOLENCE. If there are few guns in the country, it stands to reason that gun violence will be very low. In general, countries with high numbers of gun ownership have higher amounts of gun violence.
