Have you killed Rom, the Vacuous Spider yet? I don't think it's a spoiler to say things get a little crazy afterwards, beyond the crazy-awesome that is the whole game.

Huzzah, more indies to add to the ole Vita over the coming month. Between this and Shovel Knight it'll be a veritable retro-palooza if I ever find time to put down Bloodborne.
President Ronnie has been captured by ninjas. Are you a bad enough dude to rescue Ronnie?
Pretty much all of Stick of Truth felt like an appropriately epic quest of wizardly and roleplaying to save the town.
In a hole, in the ground…
yep.
There are lizards, lots and lots of lizards.
If you're not the best damned commenting sandwich out there on the internet, then well… I'll eat that hat!
I can't believe everbody's just ad libbing
My contribution was supposed to sung, the tune which was playing in my head was very operatic, largely inspired by third act of the Futurama episode "The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings."
That article and ensuing discussions really have me yearning to play through SotC again, if only I had more time!
When you open that big gate in the Cathedral Ward, the one where you need the 10,000 echo thing sold in the dream, if you go to the left you end up on a back alley street with a number of red lantern doors you can knock on. When you knock she says you smell nice but she doesn't work during the hunt and to come back…
I really enjoyed the time-trials in that game. Any fighting that wasn't an in motion flying jump kick or tripping slide was pretty terrible. Has there ever been any updated word on if/when the sequel is under production? I feel like EA has teased it and removed it a number of times.
PvZ2 is about as well as freemium can be done in my opinion, followed closely by Cut the Rope 2 and Where's my Water 2. Simple mindless puzzles that are good on the metro or… other times your sitting away from a computer screen.
I don't generally think too much about gore either way. I don't mind it terribly but it can be a bit gratuitous (see God of War) but even that I can live with. But I have to say, I do enjoy its deployment in Bloodborne. I went with the Threaded Cane in part because I'd never used a whip weapon in any of the other…
Well, it wouldn't be an AV Club comment without a coded Simpsons reference in there somehow.
Bloodborne is fantastic but it switches out a bleak medieval motif for a bleak Victorian motif. It's a very pretty bleak environment, and the gameplay is great but they ain't done nothing to remove the bleak.
I gave it to her and got the nothing result as well. Frustrated I broke my rule and tried to see what the common wisdom was online. Someone simply cryptically said that by giving her the gem you see her again later.
I think that's why I was going through bullets so quickly during my first few hours. Not having that shield as a crutch I'd just fire a blast from the blunderbuss whenever I felt overwhelmed. Now that I'm better with dodging and speed, I can save my bullets for the big baddies which are generally easier to stun.
this the same lady? She tells me to stay away, she knows my type.
