Are golfers part of the “Make America Great Again” crowd? I would think that golfers would be Mitt Romney types who are considering voting for Gary Johnson.

I know there was no other option, but manufacturing an event and putting it in the middle of the busiest sports season wasn’t really all that smart.
“I am admitting the call was bad and the ref’s judgment was incorrect.”
Because it was obviously not a taunt. He was tossing the ball back to the ref, got it stuck in his glove and it hit the defender on the side of the helmet. He was wrong about the intent therefore he did his job poorly. Just google up “Pryor penalty” and you find adjectives like “ridiculous” and “awful” to describe the…
Sure the ref did his job. He just did it poorly.
Do you know the rule in question? If it was taunting, the rulebook says “The use of baiting or taunting acts or words that engender ill will between teams.” In other words, the referees have discretion to determine if his act was a “taunting act.” It clearly wasn’t.
It is a referee’s job to use discretion.
OK, I’ll be “that guy.” I think the article is dumb. But, if I am the President of CMU, and OSU appealed the end, I would give thought to accepting the appeal.
You have management more motivated by keeping their jobs by being at least semi-competitive versus just starting over. This management group isn’t going to be around to pick up the pieces when it all has to be blown up, so you push the blow up down the road as long as you can.
There is no doubt you’re a Sox fan.
I really don’t have a problem with moving the anthem. It is more the press release afterwards that I have an issue with.
She’s bringing attention to herself by kneeling??? OK. Are you distracted by that?
That’s not really the point. They played the anthem earlier, and then used it to deride Rapinoe and her protest. They made it about themselves.
The Texas A&M game is @A&M.
Did he ask a question? (I really don’t know since the first part of his statement didn’t come across really clearly.)
Who said anything about him being black? I just think NFL GM’s should probably avoid words like “traitor” when they wouldn’t view good quarterbacks as “traitors” for doing the exact same thing.
Exactly.
No you don’t understand. I am not talking about the internet trolls. I am talking about NFL GMs. They are willing to throw Kaep under the bus using words like “traitor,” but if a good quarterback did the same thing, they’d be willing to overlook it.
What would happen if Aaron Rodgers decided to sit during the National Anthem to protest something? Would he still be labelled a “traitor?” Would they still say “F*ck that guy?”
So does “Big wet ass” have anything to do with the “Compassionate Colonoscopy?”
