It was inevitable because dealers/financing divisions/lenders are doling out 96 month subprime loans. If that sounds familiar, it’s because that’s exactly what happened in the housing market 10-12 years ago.

When we take a look at just how many big tech companies start up in the EU...how many can we name?

It’s not very many, right? Not anywhere on the sheer scale, size and scope of Silicon Valley. Simply put if you want to work in the tech sector, it seems clear that EU wouldn’t be your first choice.
