Clue: 60% of the commenters bragging about how they speak several languages while simply agreeing with the article, whose unsurprising discoveries most of us have stumbled upon within ourselves, or while reading about Noam Chomsky on the underground anyway.

@elte156: Once that said law comes into existence people will use the exact same logic "big deal, they can already put tracking devices on each and every one of our cars, so what's the difference requiring us to have them by law?"

To anyone that feels this is an unnecessary measure and feels they can trust the glorious police organisations of our societies I suggest you take a look at the victorious history and current statistics of the New Orleans Police Department (as the worst example).

I'm surprised there's no mention of the flushing systems in ancient Crete, surely those had to be one of the first as Crete is often credited to be the birthplace of Western Civilisation.
