All right, Jessica, dear, let's try this once again. First you open the scissors and then you close them - boom!

@small-fox: I would agree with that. I am not "demanding" that anything happen to these officers in particular - I am talking about future expectations for performance. That said, there would have to be a lot of positive changes (in working conditions) to make them stick.

@ElviraGooch: I think if the v is low (not too low for comfort!), it draws the eye up to your face. Also, I like a style that gives me a waist rather than something square -but you may be able to carry something square off. Body types are so different! If you put on a light cardigan or jacket, that can also create the

@ElviraGooch: I love a good wrap dress or something that cinches my waist and comes right to the knee (any longer looks frumpy on me). Pair it with a good shoe - I love something in a brighter color, like a green, for summer! And some really cute conversation-starter necklaces!

@carlinemom: I want to add that obviously these officers didn't MEAN to miss Jaycee Dugard being held prisoner in the back yard. There would have to be a clearly delineated set of expectations for each office, and of course, bureaucracy and the powers that be would never create terms that would require a set of rules

@small-fox: That's actually a good point, about the overload. I certainly don't mean to imply that every person who works for the state doesn't try to keep up with his or her work load.

@SpartanLady: When she goes, she takes a whole world of this amazing call to service - whether you're in favor of the monarchy or not, it's hard to find instances in which she didn't do what she thought was the right thing (the right thing is sometimes harder to do than the easy thing!).

@rd2uk: I am glad that she and those girls have something to build their new lives on. Well-invested, this money will provide a legacy that at least will make day-to-day living a little brighter, and afford them the opportunities robbed of them by what can only be described as appalling negligence on the part of state

@largirl is moving on (right?): And her dad was proud, if I remember? It's heinous enough when moms toss out their daughters' dignity for a chance to believe that they are as cool as the girls who ignored them in high school (even if it is vicariously through their kids and even if one racks up tremendous Visa bills

@eclare09: they changed all the names of my childhood cereals to hide the word "sugar" - Golden Crisp, Honey Smacks, Sugar Frosted Flakes (now just Frosted Flakes), Corn Pops.

@rollsnideroll: the hoax photos of soldiers abusing prisoners he ran in the Daily Mirror?

When you mentioned that drawn-out dorm hall arguments, I thought about all the taste-monitors there are in the world.

@1girl: or her salon is in a really unfortunate location

@chillyfilly: I also just can't see any reason to put Ashley on TV.

@ToldYouSo: It would explain so much, right?

@chillyfilly: I think that's why we're seeing so much of Ashley. I just have this feeling that Bravo offered her the blog and the talking head and all the rest of the goodies under the guise of helping her emerge from this (move home, baby girl) because they were worried that people would start to point the finger at

@MsLongstocking: You know, she seems to say all the right things and expect the right sort of behavior. I can't decide if she is actually trying to help Danielle with her bad behavior or whether she wants to be held blameless for Danielle's bad behavior when they're in public together.
