I’ll take this one. Civil Disobedience is a peaceful, legitimate form of protest. Right up until the office closes. Then it becomes criminal trespass (and did).

Well done. I’m going to recommend to tell all busybodies that you are doing a “Dune” themed wedding, and guests get to decide if they are Atreidies or Harkonnen when they enter the ceremony.
I’m looking around my house. I’m in the library/office.
1. Paltrow is an idiot, who believes nothing good can happen without her pinky dunked in it. Nobody REALLY pays attention to her, unless she’s playing Pepper Potts.Sadly, she’s aware of that; she doubles down instead of changing lanes. Like losers do.
that’s a real bad case of hating yourself, snowflake. Seek medical help.
I am getting very weary about all of these snowflakes making parallels about Trump and Hitler and General Stonewall Jackson and..
No, the difference is that adults have options. If you don’t like the work, quit or find another gig. But crying “ I don’t wanna” and the contract is clear, you get to work...Or you quit. Those are the choices. Imagine if a performer signed a contract and said “ I don’t like the audience, so I’m not performing”.
Whistleblowing is for wrongdoing. If they were asking the dancers to scrub toilets, I’d say whistle like a teakettle. This is whining about doing your job. My mother would have said “stop whining, get back to work”. They have an option, they can quit. If it’s so against your morality, take a stand and quit. If not,…
Its a job, they are are employees. You have a right to an opinion, and you don’t have a right to say “I don’t like him, I don’t want to do my job”.
Odd. Can’t I just use my Vinturi and my Mason jar, filled about 7/8 full?
The only part I agree with is the last line. “we are best served as a state when employment decisions are based solely on an individual’s qualifications and job performance.”. I see in places in Europe where there is “virtue signalling” hiring practices, and this weird attempt to “balance” the demographics to be…
sadly, and technically, they WERE following OSHA regs. High visibility, fall protection, hard hats, eye protection, etc.
DOT is supposed to be (based on the vehicle) - one cone per 10 miles an hour, approx. 25 feet apart. They didn’t do that right.
Lane blocking, well, they need clearance to operate the truck and…
Reading conspiracies into everything is juvenile but fun.
how about “immigrate legally, become a naturalized citizen, then enlist?”
nah, that will NEVER work.
:follow the rules and laws and everything will be fine.
NOBODY has a problem with legal immigration.
Please, say it with me now.

i admit, it needs tweaking, but on the whole, it is built to maintain check and balance. I think that the votes should go to who won the percentage of the vote, rounded up, instead of having a “winner take all” event.
So in state X, if you have 6 EC votes, and Trumpie got 60% of the pop vote, then Trumpie gets 4,…
I thought he was going to skim cash out of Vernon, but he could just bilk everyone in Warren County as well. As a proud escapee of Sussex County, I pour my beer on the floor to recognize those still stuck in Sussex and Warren #represent
I lived in the area of NJ that Scott Garrett used to pilfer. It’s beautiful, but other than fresh food and nice views, nothing is there. Garrett has been a boil on that area of the State, and it looks like he will have to go back to cronyism in Vernon I suppose.
He has little care for his district, nor anyone but…
I would like to applaud that juror for standing on their conscience. It would have been all to easy to get caught up in virtue signaling or the zeitgeist of hating police. This was a tragedy for everyone. However, I have a smarter of faith in the court system if a juror can stand up and say “no, I don’t agree”.
Sorry, just a freethinker who hates the holidays.
