I know that it's unlikely. But a lot can happen in three episodes. And even if they don't get to it in those episodes, there is a possibility of Korra comics like there are now Avatar comics. Again, I know it's unlikely, but I've seen too many red herrings in television to rule out the possibility.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I'm thinking too. And maybe Lin knows that Toph was lying and that could have been part of why she was so mad.

I don't really know about the "Lin's dad" part. Am I the only who thinks that that "revelation" could have actually been a red herring? It's true that it could have been a jab at the fans for bothering the creators about it, but still.
