Planes have diffrent take off and landing weights typically based on weather (air density and wind) and runway length. Typically an aircraft is not designed to land at their take off weight some wide bodies that fly long ranges can dump their fuel since it could be 10 hours to use it. A short to medium husk plane like

They could have locked the outflow valves open while doing the check to prevent a similar gate to the Plane that happened to the USAF kc-135 a few years back. Pilots come in do their check switches are in the right position but the cables are physically locked or blocked open and once in the air they cannot do

All Boeing and airbus planes have the same pressure system for the cabin cockpit and hold. Air crews typically go through Hypoxia training so the crew defiantly noticed. Most planes have a pressure release valve to keep the pressure at the appropriate level this helps compensate for any leaks to the aircraft. The

Keep the tundra the pease of mind is worth it and the I Force 5.7 is awesome. This is corning from someone who owns 2 F150s.

Agreed I just rented a pugot van with one and hated it.  It even let me shut the vehicle off in gear. Glad my Nissan Nevara I picked up today is stick.

I moved from New York to Arizona stopping in South Carolina to rest and pick up a friend who co drove with me stopping only for gas to Phoenix.

Depends on the SUV. Very easy in a Suburban

Mine is definitely not the typical Jalop choice but I liked Suburbans from a young age and when they unveiled the GMT 800 z71 concept I was smitten.

My family typically drives vehicles until they aren’t worth much. We have a 93 Ford Taurus bought new and a 99 Suburban in the fleet normally we drive cars until they aren’t worth much or are totaled. We have done cash deals and had decent credit down payment or bought new.

The f150 last I checked has the highest transaction price of all pickups 2 most fleet pickups are driven into the ground. Very few people in the market for a used f150 xl trim. Their mechanicals and body panels are shared with the higher end trucks so they are normally parted out. I got a replacement door for the

That’s exactly correct Ford shows their trucks being used on job sites even fleet strippers to show how durable hard working their trucks are. With rental cars they buy on a discount and sell after a year at a crap rate because they are trying to sell a large volume. Why buy new when you could by slightly used and

I don’t know many people who are buying new small cars over used cars or used trucks and SUVs until they are in a position to buy a new one. I’m not going to buy a fiesta or an eco sport I bought a used cream puff of an f150 platinum with its maintenance records for what an eco sport costs. It will probably last

I have only driven trucks and SUVs all bought used I bought a 3 year old suburban when I was in college and a 1 year old Raptor when I graduated. I think they will sell plenty of used trucks and SUVs keeping the resale’s up and drive demand for newer trucks and SUVs. I know many people who bought a used truck or SUV

What has gotten worse in your personal life since  he was sworn in? You may not like the guy but he has made things better for people. I take home more money every month because of the tax bill, my stocks and retirement are worth more. I was able to visit my brother who is in US Space Command in Korea do to the deal

They licensed caravans from dodge before it would make senses to do the same for a truck. But who are we kidding it’s VW none of the trucks for sale in America have the amount of problems that VW cars do so VW dealers would not want to sell them as they would not have much warranty work to perform.

Look at Toyota and Nissan they struggle to offer the volume that the big 3 do in trucks even when they weeee the only ones in the small truck game. Thus they don’t have the abilities to offer a wider array of options to more customers and don’t generate the ROI to refresh and update as often. Ford and Nissan both

Both my F150s 2010 Raptor and 2013 Platinum allow the rear locker to be engaged in 2wd up to 25 mph. If the Raptor is in “off road mode” you can engage the rear locker on the fly at any speed.

I agree I had a truck with a G80 and was about to go over an obstacle on a forest service road in the snow I could see where my rear end was only going to have limited traction and wished I could have locked the rear. The diff didn’t lock fast enough the truck bogged down and the backend would not stayand slid off the

Yes the G80 is better than nothing but Ford has been slapping user controlled e-lockers on all their trucks starting with the 09 F-150 and 2011 super duty. And Nissan offered them in 2004 while Ram only was avalible on the power wagon until this year. having owned vehicles with both I think GM needs to follow the

Some of use need 4x4 minivans cannot do that.
