I think you are unusual for a guy in your early 30's.  And frankly, if you’re a guy in your early 30's, your opinion isn’t that valuable.  Let’s see what you say in your late 30's.  Are you seriously going to say, “Women in their late 30's are objectively the most attractive.”?  I highly doubt it.

I really respect how you respond to people with what you consider to be shitty opinions. You stand up for yourself and your staffers, make your position clear, then move on without being punative.

Also, “true.” Having worked in several different kinds of restaurants for many years, I can say he/she’s pretty spot on.

That is true, but food writing is also about an adventuresome palate. If you think that a lot of foods served at their optimal cook temperature are gross, then there are a lot of things that you’re not going to adequately be able to write about.
